Abstract
We study the notion of solution to an obstacle problem for a strongly monot one and Lipschitz operator A, when the forcing term is a bounded Radon meas ure. We obtain existence and uniqueness results. We study also some propert ies of the obstacle reactions associated with the solutions of the obstacle problems, obtaining the Lewy-Stampacchia inequality Moreover we investigat e the interaction between obstacle and data and the complementarity conditi ons.
