Abstract
In this paper, dynamic non-linear axisymmetric buckling of laminated cylind rically orthotropic composite shallow spherical shells including third-orde r transverse shear deformation is investigated. Results of detailed paramet ric studies are presented to bring out the effects of transverse shear defo rmation, initial imperfection and viscous damping on the buckling load.
