Abstract
This paper extends the labor market search model to account for monopolist intermediate good firms who face price adjustment costs. We show quantitati vely that embedding monetary shocks in this framework allows to mimic the P hillips and Beveridge curves. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science S.A. All rights res erved.
