Abstract
From the defatted seeds of Calophyllum inophyllum a new coumarin, 12-methox yinophyllum-D 1, in addition to six known coumarins, inophyllum-A, inophyll um-B, calophyllolide, inophyllum-P, inophyllum-C and inophyllum-D, have bee n isolated. Their structures have been determined by spectroscopic methods.
