This paper presents experimental data from the determination of the equival
ent electrical circuit parameters of AT-cut quartz resonators and the measu
rement technique used. From an analysis of the experimental data it is poss
ible to determine the equations which represent the variations of the param
eters versus temperature. The models can then be used in simulation program
s to determine the thermal behavior of the frequency of devices which use q
uartz crystal in their configuration and which require high stability. PSpi
