Abstract
We have obtained low-resolution spectra of two soft ROSAT sources in t he field of the old (similar to 4 Gyrs) open cluster M67. One of the s ources is an AM. Her type cataclysmic variable (CV), and the other is a weak-lined DA white dwarf (WD). Both sources are located in the cent ral region of M67 and they are probable members of the duster. The AM Her is the first spectroscopically confirmed AM Her system found assoc iated with an open cluster and the WD is the only degenerate star know n in M67.
