Large area Ba1-xKxBiO3+y and YBa2Cu3O7-delta films were grown by LPE t
echniques on (Ba,K)BiO3 and NdGaO3 substrates, respectively. The good
quality of epitaxy and small crystal mosaicity of the films were confi
rmed by X-ray measurements. Chemical homogeneity and microstructure of
the films and interfaces were investigated by SNMS, HREM and SEM, dep
ending on growth parameters. A comparative study of magnetic hysteresi
s loops in the reversible (irreversible) regions were done for both ty
pes of films. The VSM data show that the irreversible line follows the
flux creep model.
