Abstract
A low-profile, rectangular, aperture-coupled dielectric-resonator antenna i s analyzed using the method of moments (MoM). The analysis is formulated by deriving volume-integrating equations for the resonator and the substrate. Theoretical E- and H-plane patterns obtained from the MoM compare well wit h measurements and previously published FDTD results. (C) 2000 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
