We study the changes introduced by linear magnetic flux on the energy spect
rum of a free particle confined to move between two cylindrical concentrica
l shells in a space with a disclination. One can verify in addition that th
e change in topology caused by the defect produces modifications in the spe
ctrum of the energy which in this case depends on the flux and the global a
