Abstract
We discuss implications of improved upper bounds on the \DeltaL\ = 2 proces ses (i) K+ --> pi (-)mu (+)mu (+), from an experiment at BNL, and (ii) mu ( -) --> e(+) conversion, from an experiment at PSI. In particular, we addres s the issue of constraints on neutrino masses and mixing, and on supersymme tric models with R-parity violation. (C) 2000 Published by Elsevier Science B.V.
