Abstract
Thin films of SnO2:F deposited by spray pyrolysis over glass substrate at 3 00 degreesC, were studied by scanning, conventional and high resolution ele ctron microscopy together with atomic force microscopy. The surface topolog y and morphology changes detected for films deposited with various fluorine levels are related to the electrical behavior previously reported. (C) 200 0 Elsevier Science S.A.
