The review considers various manifestations of fractality in the descriptio
n of the synthesis of macromolecules and the formation of the quasiequilibr
ium state of the polymers, fluctuation free volume, macromolecular framewor
ks, order parameters, and dissipative structures, acting as centres of shea
r stress in clusters. The possibility of numerical modelling of the propert
ies of network polymers within the framework of fractal formalism is demons
