Abstract
We report a case of plasma cell granuloma which is a rare intracranial tumo ur showing plasma cell infiltration. It mimics meningioma and solitary plas macytoma clinically and radiologically. Clinical presentation, diagnostic i nvestigations and management are discussed with a review of the literature.
