Abstract
In order to control the porosity of foamed aluminum, the changes in the por
osity of foamed aluminum melt in the processes of foaming and solidificatio
n, the distribution of the porosity of foamed aluminum, and the relationshi
p between them were studied. The results indicated that the porosity of foa
med aluminum coincides well with the foaming time.
