Abstract
To obtain good, mechanical performance of the composite material, it is imp ortant to optimise the fibres ratio as well as the fibre/matrix interface q uality which have influence on the damage. The main objective of tills stud y is to determine file structural parameters influence on damage evolution concerning two types of polypropylene glass fibres composites. With a class ical approach of damage mechanical theory which consists of load-unload ten sile tests, acoustic emission permits to detect nod follow damage mechanism s during loaning.
