Abstract
Various constitutive laws from thermodynamical formulation take into accoun t a Bauschinger effect. Nevertheless this effect exhibits differ ent aspect s according to different materials. This work analyses how two of these law s represent the Bauschinger effect which is observed in art AISI 316L auste nitic stainless steel during uniaixial tension-compression loading.
