Abstract
Fabrication and photoelectric characteristics of a new type of organic -inorganic alternating multilayer are reported. The multilayers exhibi t a strong photovoltaic response in spite of their weak absorbance. El ectric field induced surface photovoltage spectroscopy (EFISPS) indica tes obvious unilateral selectivity for the application of an external voltage on multilayers.
