Abstract
Learning Objectives: After studying this article, the participant should be able to: 1, Perform appropriate diagnostic evaluation of a brachial plexus injury, 2, Define goals of treatment in brachial plexus injuries resulting in loss of elbow flexion, 3, Identify appropriate nerves and muscles for t ransfer procedures to regain elbow flexion, 4, Make an appropriate selectio n of surgical procedures to achieve elbow flexion.
