Abstract
Given a topological system T on a sigma -compact Hausdorff space and its fa ctor S we show the existence of a largest topological factor (S) over cap c ontaining S such that for each (S) over cap -invariant measure mu, H-mu ((S ) over cap /S) = 0. When a relative variational principle holds, h((S) over cap) = h(S).
