Ma. Castellanos-roman et A. Huanosta-tera, Electrical characterization of a non-sintered compound of the union Li2TiO3-CuO, REV MEX FIS, 46(5), 2000, pp. 462-467
The dynamic and bulk conductivity behavior of a nonsintered compound of the
system Li2TiO3-CuO, ore analyzed as a function of temperature in the 200-8
50 degrees C interval. The compounds can be described [1] by Li2(1-x)/3Ti(1
-x)/3CuxO, they exhibit an exsolution reaction below 950 degreesC. a dynami
c behavior of the group TiOy is considered the most probable source of elec
tronic charge carriers. Frequency dependent conductivity follows a well def
ined power law curve, sigma(omega) = sigma (o)+A omega (s). Temperature dep
endence of conductivity relaxation time, A and s are sensitive to the exsol
ution reaction occurring in the material. it is particularly interesting th
at the parameter s, in an unusual manner, reflects the temperature at which
the reaction is reached.
