Abstract
Laparoscopic antireflux surgery is becoming a standard procedure in pediatr ic surgery. Anterior gastropexy is often performed in antireflux procedures , as well as in children with recurrent and intermittent volvulus of the st omach. We present a simple and secure technique for anterior laparoscopic-a ssisted gastropexy.
