Abstract
Many psychology faculty and administrators are highly committed to the prof essional development of their teaching assistants but are uncertain about h ow to proceed. We present 3 sets of active learning techniques to enhance g raduate students' teaching skills: in-class activities, written assignments , and modeling-observation.
