In the title compound, C12H8N2O4S2, the molecules lie across twofold rotati on axes in the space group C2/c. There are no intermolecular C-H . . . O hy drogen bonds, but the molecules are linked into chains along [001] by aroma tic pi . . . pi stacking interactions.
