Abstract
Purpose/Methods: Clinical outcome after intracytoplasmic sperm injecti on (ICSI) was evaluated in relation to three techniques of sperm recov ery, mini-Percoll, simple concentration, and centrifugation and washin g. Results: Whereas fertilization and embryonic cleavage rates were si milar in the three groups, the rates of implantation and clinical preg nancy were statistically significantly higher following sperm recovery by the techniques of mini-Percoll and centrifugation and washing.
