Abstract
The following early Bajocian ammonites are described for the first time fro m the Badamu Formation northwest of Boshrouyeh and southwest of Ravar, Cent ral Iran: Sonninia propinquans (Bayle), Witchellia [m] connata Buckman, W. aff. sutneri (Branco), Emileia (Otoites) cf, sauzei (d'Orbigny), and Emilei a (Oroites) sp. The faunas correspond to the Laeviuscula/Sauzei zones of we stern and northwestern Europe.
