Abstract
The results of comparison of the electron fluxes, measured in the ionospher e: during the impulse injection of electron beams from a rocket, with diele ctric permeability, calculated with regard to hot-plasma fluxes, are presen ted. The formation of nonmonotonic stratified distributions of the potentia l of electrostatic disturbances in plasma enables us to explain the complex pattern of the measured electron-energy distributions.
