Various current developments in the field of supersymmetry and its realizat
ion around electroweak scale have been reviewed. Using simple quantum mecha
nical systems and analyzing the linear realizations of SUSY, the question o
f stability of electroweak scale and the relevance of SUSY in view of the n
ext generation of colliders in high energy physics is discussed. Analyzing
the supersymmetry breaking mechanisms, the role of nonperturbative effects
in dynamical breaking of supersymmetry has been investigated which has been
shown to lead the dynamical generation of small scales. The dynamical brea
king of supersymmetry has been shown to get realized through the fermion pa
ir condensation mode in a supersymmetric model without generating any Golds
tone fermion.
