Supersymmetric algebra has been constructed in terms of spinorial charges i
n complex C-3-space consisting of symmetrical spatial and temporal componen
ts and the supersymmetric quantum mechanics has been formulated by identify
ing the additional temporal components of this space as supertime anticommu
ting variables. Superfields, super-potentials and covariant derivatives hav
e been derived in terms of anticommuting operators constructed by using add
itional temporal components of C-3-space and it has been shown that the sup
ersymmetry is weakly broken in these extra temporal dimensions.
