Abstract
The CsI(Tl) calorimeter was calibrated in the KEK-E246 experiment with K-mu 2- and K-pi2-positive-kaon decays. The following calorimeter parameters wer e obtained: an energy resolution (sigma) of 4.1% for E = 242.5 MeV, a pi (o ) invariant-mass resolution (sigma) of 5.6%, and an angular resolution (sig ma) of 3.1 degrees.
