Abstract
The selectivity and sensitivity of analytical response in electrochemical ( amperometric and conductometric) detection methods in the high-performance liquid chromatography of organic compounds is discussed in comparison with other detection techniques. The importance of electrode materials of differ ent nature for extending the range of analytes is noted.
