Although uncommon, lesions of Crohn's disease can involve the hypopharynx a
nd lower respiratory tract. We describe a patient with partial airway obstr
uction secondary to Crohn's disease of the hypopharynx and larynx. This ent
ity should be considered in the differential diagnosis of patients presenti
