Abstract
Commercially produced cold-pressed oil of bitter orange (Citrus aurantium L
.) produced in Cuba was analyzed by GC/MS. Thirty components were character
ized representing 98.9% of the total components detected. Limonene (86.2%)
was the major constituent.
