Carbon-13 and proton NMR shift assignments and physical constants of some L-menthol derivatives

Several acyl derivatives of L-menthol, which find potential use in the perf umery and flavor industry were directly prepared in a single step reaction from L-menthol in the presence of a suitable catalyst. The H-1- and C-13-NM R spectroscopic data of these derivatives along with their physical constan ts are reported.
