Abstract
Acrometastases are a rare but important clinical entity. We present the cas e of a 54-year-old man with a metastasis to a digit from a primary thymic c arcinoma. The prognostic implications of such a diagnosis are discussed. Co pyright (C) 2000 by the American Society for Surgery of the Hand.
