BEAM INSTABILITY AND AMPLIFICATION OF SPA CE-CHARGE WAVES IN SEMICONDUCTOR PLASM

In the paper the amplification of space charge waves due to the plasma beam instability is considered. The beam is created by means of the r esonant tunneling through a quantum well. The plasma beam interaction is described in terms of the hydrodynamic equations of two-component l iquid. The increment of space charge wave has been calculated and the dependence of the increment on the different parameters also has been considered.
