Investigation of basic parameters in organic photovoltaic cells

We have fabricated photovoltaic cells using merocyanine and copper phthaloc yanine dyes. The basic parameters, such as diffusion length of the photogen erated excitons, dielectric constant, and the carrier density in organic ph otovoltaic cells were estimated.
