Abstract
We describe a patient with Felty's syndrome and chronic renal failure due t o secondary amyloidosis in a periodic haemodialysis programme, who was succ essfully treated for neutropenia with sequential administration of colony-s timulating factors: granulocyte colony-stimulating factor and granulocyte m acrophage colony-stimulating factor.
