Abstract
We have made grain boundary junctions of Ba1-xKxBiO3 thin film deposit ed on MgO bicrystal substrate, A high initial deposition temperature y ielded superconductive Ba1-xKxBiO3 thin films from powder tergets. We observed clear energy gap structure in the current-voltage characteris tics of these junctions. In the high frequency radiation (10.5 GHz), P hoton Assisted Tunneling was observed.
