Abstract
Characteristic impedance of micro strip lines having a Tl(2)Ba(2)CaCu( 2)Ox/MgO/Au structure is measured using a low-temperature vector netwo rk measuring system. A small test fixture for the superconducting micr o strip lines is fabricated and mounted on a cryo-cooler. A correction method is applied to the data at low temperatures and the characteris tic impedance of the superconducting micro strip lines is determined f rom the corrected data at 80 K.
