Abstract
The 3 MV tandem Pelletron accelerator facility at the Ion Beam Laboratory o
f the Institute of Physics (IOP), Bhubaneswar is being augmented by the ins
tallation of a fast bouncer system for routine C-14 measurements. The old i
njector involving a single cathode SNICS source and a 45 degrees bending ma
gnet has been replaced by a new system consisting of a 40 cathode MC-SNICS
source and a 90 degrees analyzing bending magnet. The system is being teste
d for transmission. The status of the facility with test results is present
