Abstract
[GRAPHICS] A method for the diastereoselective synthesis of 2,4-disubstituted piperidi nes has been developed which enables the complete control of reaction selec tivity merely by changing the order of the reaction sequence. These targets provide convenient platforms for drug discovery which contain easily modif ied points of diversity.
