Abstract
Tl2Ba2CaCu2O8 (TBCCO) thin films have been deposited on top of YBa2Cu3 O7.delta (YBCO) thin films. Both layers are superconducting with T-c v alues of 105 K and 75 K respectively and in superconducting contact. X RD scans show the TBCCO film to grow epitaxially and c-axis oriented o n the YBCO ground layer. Possible applications for such multilayers ar e novel concepts for intrinsic Jospehson arrays requiring well defined mesa structures of TBCCO.
