Abstract
We consider neutrino masses generated at tree level and at one loop, throug h fermion-sfermion loop diagrams, in the MSSM with R-parity violation. Usin g the (3 x 3) mass and mixing matrices for three generations of neutrinos a nd the present experimental results on neutrinos from laboratories and astr ophysics simultaneously, we put bounds on both trilinear (lambda (ijk), lam bda (ijk)') and bilinear (mu (e), mu (mu), mu (tau)) R-parity-violating cou plings.
