Abstract
Mass transfer in nonequilibrium liquid-liquid and liquid-gas systems is con sidered in terms of a unified approach based on the concept of the formatio n of dynamic disperse layers in the interphase region. Evidence is given of very substantial extraction and adsorption acceleration and deceleration e ffects exceeding maximum known hydrodynamic instability effects by almost o ne order of magnitude.
