Abstract
Post carotid endarterectomy seizure is a known clinical presentation in pat ients who suffer from hyperperfusion syndrome. This case focuses on the imp ortance of identification of high risk patients for developing this syndrom e and delaying their discharge from the hospital after successful carotid e ndarterectomy.
