Abstract
OBJECTIVE. The purpose of our study was to describe the clinical and radiol ogic features of epithelioid hemangioendothelioma of the pleura. CONCLUSION. Pleural epithelioid hemangioendothelioma is an uncommon maligna ncy that typically affects older men, who present with chest pain and dyspn ea. This: lesion manifests on chest radiographs and CT scans with unilatera l pleural fluid and nodular pleural thickening and appears similar to diffu se pleural carcinomatosis or mesothelioma.
