Abstract
A 70-year-old woman was referred to the department due to a symptomatic sev ere calcific-aortic stenosis. During pre-operative transradial approach cor onagraphy occured a iatrogenic dissection of the left main artery with tota l occlusion and cardiac arrest (asystole). Successful rescusitation is achieved with an emergency strategy of percutan eous direct stenting revascularization combined with cardiopulmonary resusc itation manoeuvres.
