Abstract
Acquired generalized hypohidrosis/anhidrosis is a rare condition of unknown pathogenesis, while idiopathic cholinergic urticaria is relatively common. We report the case of a 19-year-old male with cholinergic urticaria and ac quired generalized hypohidrosis, and review previously published similar ca ses of this association.
