Abstract
Tin diffusion in nanocrystalline stainless steel with average grain si ze of about 50 nm and porosity 75% of theoretical value was studied in the temperature range 315-330 degrees C using Rutherford backscatteri ng spectrometry. Nanograin boundary diffusion coefficients of Sn in na nocrystalline stainless steel were calculated.
