Abstract
We describe a patient with acute renal failure resulting from bilateral inf iltration of the kidneys by metastases secondary to small cell lung cancer. Treatment with chemotherapy led to a response regarding tumour size and no rmalization of renal function. We are not aware of this being described pre viously.
